Below you will find player profile templates for each team 14U to 18U.

Managers – Please review and approve each and every player profile before submitting. You are responsible to be sure all the content is acceptable, complete and correct. Please avoid having to make corrections after submission.

Email your completed player profiles and player photos to sorcerermediaguy@gmail.com.

**Do NOT convert these files to a Google Doc. Formatting will be compromised**

Once all completed profiles and player photos are received, I will produce a team profile with QR codes.

QR codes on Player profile will go to team page on Sorcerer website.

QR codes on the Team Profile will go to each players profile*.

*You may use a recruiting website or SportsRecruits page in place of a player profile. Please provide the link.
